About Reminder for google now2 Android App
This app will let you know when a reminder is received. And you will have the choice for the reminder to be read
aloud or not, This will work even if the screen is off.
For this to work you will have to install an app called autovoice, this is make it possible to extract notification from android.

open app--general settings--default recognize settings--
1- click Google now integration and check enable.
2- check hide dialog
3- go down to matching options and check don't trigger condition,
everything else leave unchecked.
4- Now go to phone settings, accessibility, and enable auto voice and Google now reminder,
this is so you can extract notification to be read aloud,
