Rental Inspect Pro is a powerful tool for Landlords, Owners and Property Managers

Sometimes disputes can happen with Tenants regarding the condition of a property. It can be much easier to convince a Tribunal or Judge of the condition of the property if you have a detailed report to prove how it looked before the Tenant moved in and how it looked when they left.

Rental Inspect Pro allows you to walk through any of your properties and report on the condition room by room. You can take photos of any problems, or just use photos to record the condition of the property before a Tenant moves in.

Property Managers can also inspect and evaluate common areas of buildings including above and below ground parking, pool areas, elevators, hallways, stairwells, offices, maintenance areas and personnel.

The app comes with 9 different templates that you can use as-is. You can easily edit the templates to match the features of the properties you manage to make inspecting quick and easy.


When the inspection is complete, Rental Inspect Pro produces an easy to read PDF report that can be saved, emailed to another person or uploaded to a cloud site such as Dropbox.

The PDF report can save you money if there is a dispute regarding damage to the property and security deposits.

Whether the property is inspected with the Tenant there or not, the report provides clear and professional evidence that could be used for disputes brought before a tribunal.
