Se sei gestore del Punto Vendita potrai:
- aprire segnalazioni di guasto affinchè le ditte di manutenzione possa intervenire prontamente
- visualizzare le chiamate aperte ed avere sotto controllo la pianificazioni delle riparazioni
- inviare feedback di valutazione sull'operato della ditta che ha effettuato la riparazione
- ricevere notifiche dalle aree commerciali per promozioni, attivita'.
Se sei un responsabile dell'Area Commerciale potrai:
- visionare in tempo reale la situazione manutentiva dei Punti vendita di Tua compentenza
- visionare grafici per andamento di efficienza operativa
- inviare notifiche ai punti vendita per promozioni attivita.
