You enter the list of restaurants you frequent and "Pick A Restaurant" will decide where you should eat. Includes the capability to categorize restaurants (each restaurant can have multiple categories) to make browsing restaurants easier! You can also enter notes related to each restaurant - for example what you did or didn't like to order, what is the best time to go, where not to sit or even special things you need to remember to ask for while ordering.
