Aplikasi ini adalah salah satu contoh bentuk program ridwan kamil dalam memanfaatkan teknologi ICT untuk mendengarkan aspirasi masyarakat.

Aplikasi ini berisi fitur-fitur sebagai berikut :
1. Lapor
Pada fitur ini masyarakat bisa melaporkan empat permasalahan utama di Kota Bandung saat ini, yaitu sampah, jalan berlubang, macet, dan fasilitas umum yang rusak.

2. Timeline
Pada fitur ini user bisa melihat permasalahan-permasalahan di kota bandung yang telah diverifikasi oleh admin. User juga bisa me-like dan share laporan yang paling penting untuk ditindak lanjuti.

3. Statistic
Pada fitur ini user kita melihat jumlah total permasalahan-permasalahan kota Bandung yang sudah di laporkan.

4. Gamification
Aplikasi ini disertai sistem gammification dengan adanya virtual badge dan leaderboard.

Mari kita bersama-sama membenahi Bandung, karena "Good Goverment" saja tidak cukup untuk membangun sebuah kota butuh "Good Citizen" juga untuk membuat Bandung Kota Juara.

3. Statistic
In this feature we look at the total number of user issues that have been in the city of Bandung report.

4. Gamification
The application is accompanied gammification system with virtual badges and leaderboard.
