Based on the discussion between you and your health expert, you can set your health goals. Be it weight reduction, weight gain or just being healthy, Right Nutrition helps you work closely with your health expert.
You will need to work with your health expert or clinic to get activation vouchers for yourself so that you can register into the system. Then you need to log into https://www.right-nutrition.com either using your mobile browser or a personal computer and a standard browser like Chrome, Firefox or Internet Explorer.
There you will need to enter your basic profile, your diet choices and also your special needs. Your health expert will work with you to set goals for you based on your health profile and your personalized needs. You will then be activated as a full user.
You can use the app to track your diet, upload your food consumption details and also monitor your activities. Your health expert or dietitian can also send you special advice or tips to help you follow your plans or take corrective actions. All these can be easily tracked on your personal smartphone.
