Regarding your data and privacy:
Use of our applications on web and mobile devices requires that you provide certain kinds of information. This information can be provided manually, for example should you enter in a city or location where you'd like to know the current time and time zone. Or the information could be provided automatically, by your installing our mobile applications or your consenting to enabling our web application access to your address book(s). This access is required in order for our system to accurately analyze your contacts' phone numbers or addresses, to assign time zones and estimate the best times for you to schedule calls or meetings with colleagues across the country or around the globe. We don't store your address book data, rather our system periodically accesses your data to ensure contact times are up to date as you move from time zone to time zone. For users of our mobile applications we do, however, store your device's reported location information as a time zone value. Again this is done to ensure the information provided by the application is as accurate as possible.
