Initial beta release.
Escalating violence and discrimination in Myanmar’s Rakhine State have driven over 727,000 Rohingya refugees across the border into Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh. While the pace of this exodus has made it the fastest growing refugee crisis in the world, the concentration of refugees in Cox’s Bazar is among the densest worldwide.
This experience presents first-hand accounts from the Cox’s Bazar humanitarian crisis, from relief workers to refugees themselves.
The app can be viewed in either VR or "magic window" mode. It is intended to be stand-alone or accompanying learning material as part of Kaya, an online learning platform developed by the Humanitarian Leadership Academy to train the next generation of humanitarians.
