About Room Book n Check Android App
Room Book ‘n’ Check is a simple and hassle-free professional Android app that helps you book meeting rooms instantly and provides you with an overview of booked and ongoing meetings.
Working. You can instantly book a meeting room via an Android tablet attached outside the room.
The app operates on full kiosk mode, eliminating any overhead, thus providing you with a quick booking scheme.
It utilizes Android’s built-in support for most calendar systems, including Microsoft Exchange and Google Calendar, to synchronize room reservations with your calendars.
It operates on 7" and 10" Android devices (typically 4.0 and above).
Features.
E-mail Integration. You can automatically integrate this app with your corporate e-mail accounts, simplifying your room-booking process. In addition, you can manually add, update or delete configured e-mail accounts.
Visual. You can easily view the status of the meeting room just by the colour of the status bar. Black indicates an available room, and red, a booked room.
Device compatibility. Though this version of the app is targeted specifically for Android tablets, it is also compatible with all other Android devices.
In-built time management. You can book a meeting room for a duration of 15, 30 or 60 minutes. Even if your start time is not a multiple of 15, this app rewires the end time and rounds it off to its nearest multiple of 15.
For instance, if you want to book a room at 11.28 AM for a duration of 15 minutes, the end time is rounded off to 11.45 AM.
Easy updates. You can update, delete or create a new meeting schedule in a jiffy. Note: On-going meetings cannot be deleted.
