A key feature of the app is the coaching framework which helps coaches to coach using POSITION.
When using this framework the coach will first observe the coachee as they implement POSITION, then next discuss how the coachee. During this discussion both parties will agree a rating of between 1 and 10 for each element. Finally the coach will utilise the gathered data within the app as a contributing part of a constructive coaching conversation held with the coachee.
This framework makes coaching more meaningful, effective, convenient and portable for managers across RS Components.
