About RTC Companion Android App
The mobile app contains the user's RTC profile and information about the schedule of
events at the RTC conference.
Upon arrival in the conference, the user will receive the BLE device, log in to
their RTC profile and register the BLE device.
After the user has registered the BLE device, the mobile app performs the following
functions:
- Share the users user's profile will with all other conference participants that
also have a registered BLE device.
- Track the length of encounters with other participants at the conference
- Allow the user to view a representation of the conference schedule (including
times, locations, and speaker info)
- Add attended presentations to a list of favorite events
- Add encountered participants to a list of favorite participants.
- View the profiles of all encountered participants
- View a full history of all encountered participants
- View a full history of all events attended at the conference
