Important Note: From android version 4.4 onward, only one app can handle text messages and it needs to be set as the default messaging app. So if you are on Android 4.4 or higher, you need to set Safest Call and Text Blocker as default messaging app to block AND send text messages. Note that this is a limitation from Android for all such SMS apps.

For android versions lower than 4.4, you can use Safest Call and Text Blocker independently only for blocking.
