What should I wear to salsa?
Light comfortable clothes are advised and a change of top may be advisable.
Salsa is normally danced in partnership and in close hold. Please note personal hygiene is paramount! Once you think you have enough deodorant on, add a little more as you will sweat.
Ladies should wear comfortable shoes that they will be able to learn to spin in, and avoid tight fitting skirts. Trainers are therefore not advised. Likewise, for the men, smooth soles are preferred.
