Sociedad Argentina de Medicina y Cirugía del Trauma.
En 1991, se organizó en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires el IV Congreso Panamericano de Trauma. A su finalización, los organizadores decidieron crear una Sociedad Científica que nuclease a todos los especialistas que tuviesen participación en la atención del traumatizado, lo que se concretó en 1993. Así nació SAMCT, Sociedad Argentina de Medicina y Cirugía del Trauma.
MISIÓN: Progreso, Masividad y Continuidad en Investigación, Capacitación, Prevención y Tratamiento del Trauma.
VISIÓN: Ser la Asociación que brinde todo lo necesario para Capacitarse en Trauma.Argentina Society of Medicine and Surgery of Trauma.

Thus was born SAMCT, Argentina Society of Medicine and Surgery of Trauma.

VISION: To be the Association that provides everything needed for training in Trauma.
