S.C.A. SAN ROQUE DE CARCHELEJO, nace en 1992 de la fusión de dos cooperativas locales S.C.A. SAN JUAN Y S.C.A. NTRA. SRA. DEL ROSARIO, ambas fundadas en la década de los años 50.
La cooperativa está compuesta por 620 socios, pertenecientes a las localidades de Carchelejo, Carches, Arbuniel, así como otros que residen en diferentes zonas geográficas de España y mantienen sus explotaciones agrícolas en régimen de aparcería principalmente.
La actividad principal es la elaboración, envasado y comercialización de aceite de oliva virgen extra acogido a la Denominación de Origen Protegida Sierra Mágina, además de prestar servicio a sus asociados de asesoramiento técnico de cultivos, suministros industriales, carburantes, etc.S.C.A. SAN ROQUE DE CARCHELEJO, born in 1992 from the merger of two local cooperatives S.C.A. SAN JUAN AND S.C.A. OUR. MRS. DEL ROSARIO, both founded in the early 50s.
The cooperative is composed of 620 members, belonging to the towns of Carchelejo, Garches, Arbuniel and others living in different geographical areas of Spain and maintain their farms mainly in sharecropping.
The main activity is the processing, packaging and marketing of extra virgin olive oil hosted the Protected Designation of Origin Sierra Mágina, in addition to providing its partners technical advisory crops, industrial supplies, fuel service, etc.
