About Shift25 - Shiftworker Calendar Android App

Create your own shift schedule in just a few seconds.
The app also offers 30 common shift schedules.
If you can't find what you're looking for, you can use the rhythm generator to create your own shift plan.


Set up shift plan :
The app contains a preview calendar based on the WYSIWYG principle.
Preview calendar shows the selected shift system and is also an editor for the labels colors and holidays.
In addition to the standard labels, you can create additional labels and customize the calendar.
Depending on the federal state you have selected and your works agreement, you can declare certain public holidays as non-working days or not.


Daily entries on calendar :
Long-touch or double-tapping on a day of the calendar calls up an editor for appointments, notes and shift-related entries.


Events/appointments :
Create individual events with repetitions at different intervals and expiry times.


Notes :
Keep a notebook for various purposes from a shopping list to a diary.


Change group :
Depending on the shift schedule you've selected, long-press on the group name such as 'Shift A' at the top of the title bar to switch between them.


Wake up alarm clock :
Depending on the work shift, set the time once and let it wake you up on regular working days.


Widgets :
A monthly and a biweekly widget of the current calendar.


Import / Export :
Back up all entries such as settings, appointments and notes/images on an external SD card in order to restore them to a new device if necessary.


Dark theme :
Shift25 now also supports Dark mode!
