Get inside the application and set the values that you want to be available in the widget. Makes your life easier. Need not traverse a long set of options to set the screen time out. Do it right away from your home screen. There is also an extra option for never letting the screen sleep, it will be always awake.
Select SleepWidget from widget list to create the widget.
