Ce fix permet de résoudre les problèmes d'accès à la sdcard externe sous KitKat
et aux applications qui ne sont pas à jour avec l'API de Lollipop.
Le fix ajoutera les lignes nécessaires dans le fichier Platform.xml.
Un backup sera réalisé et pourra être restauré;
