Anonymously and securely report near misses/close calls with the SDNM app.

- Collect information about potential injuries and/or damage to equipment
- Collect information about potential improvements to safety
- Upload and comment on images
- App automatically blurs offensive and/or violent images
- App automatically blurs all faces in uploaded images for anonymity
- Submissions are anonymous by default
- Full offline support and auto-synchronization of data and images when a connection is available
- Integration with device email to submit questions about the app
- User feedback mechanism to rate and comment on the app
- New Near Miss submissions send an email to the Safety Operations team with all data, and secure links to scrubbed images
