The Web Portal and Mobile APP enables employees to view basic information as recorded in their Service Records and payment related information such as pay and allowances, deductions, income tax, etc. Employees can also view their leave balance and seniority which itself plays a key role in promotions. Another feature available in portal is that employees can register their transfer requests by giving three choices for postings. Most important feature available in the portal is about registration of grievances. Employees can register their grievance and monitor status online. This portal is also a platform to issue notifications relevant to employees so that they never miss out on opportunities and deputations inside and outside Railways.
Currently this is available only to employees of Nagpur Division of SEC Railway.
