Just search the place name and click to get the zone. You can use your current location to find the seismic zone and basic wind speed in your area.

For finding geographical zone for structural design of your current location the app will require to access the location of device. The location services are used in an optimized manner and no data from user is stored on user's device or any server. However, if you decide not to provide location services you can always type the name of place to get the desired results and the app works fine without any special permissions.

It's an effort to shrug-off the burden from structural design engineer's shoulders of going in to maps and struggling to find out exact geographical zone of the concerned area.
