Self Help is a part of the initiative called Fight Violence Against Women (FightVAW) using ICT. This application helps you to
1. Send panic SMS (upto 5 at once) including your current geo-location to your family or friends.
2. Make emergency call to specified number.
3. Report about the violence activities either by calling or sending an SMS to the FightVAW system where the reports are recorded and then followed up by the team to help victims to resolve their issues.

This application was conceptualized during VAWHACK (Violence against Women Hackathon) on June 16, 2013. This application was second runner up in the competition. It was conceptualized and worked upon by the team comprising of 5 engineering students-- Anish Parajuli, Binisha Shrestha, Dipendra Kusi, Kabindra Shakya, Nhasala Joshi. The application was integrated with other three projects conceptualized on the same day to develop the FightVAW system.
