Hükümet Konağının güney cephesindedir. Cami ilk defa XII. Yüzyılda Şeyh Şerafettin tarafından yaptırılmış ve 1336 yılında tamamen yıktırılarak Çavuş oğlu Mehmet Bey tarafından inşa ettirilmiştir. Cami gövdesi kesme taşlardan büyük bir kubbe ile örtülmüştür. Kubbeyi 10 fil ayağı tutmakta, güneyinde bir yarım kubbe ile desteklenmektedir. Mihrabın bulunduğu kısmı dışarıya taşmaktadır. Yarım bir kubbe ile örtülmüştür. Güney kısmı hariç diğer yönlerdeki ikinci kat mahfilleri bulunmaktadır. Cami iç yazı ve nakışlarla dekore edilmiştir. Mermer işlemeli minber ve mihrabı takdire değer bir sanat eseridir. Sonradan ilave edilmiş tek şerefeli bir de minaresi vardır. Osmanlı cami mimarisinin en mümeyyiz vasıflarından birisi olan cemaat yerine yer verilmiş olup altı mermer sütun üzerine oturmuş yedi küçük kubbe ile örtülmüştür.
