Study materials and interview guide for Public and Civil Servants in Lagos State in particular and Nigeria in general. It is a knowledge based project premised on the philosophy that 'for a society to move forward, the knowledge base of its public service must be moved forward'.
The project seek to advance the search, research, retention and reaffirmation of knowledge among public servants in Lagos State as a center of excellence and Nigeria as the hope of Africa.
