About SF36+ Android App
The SF36+ was created by orthopedic Dr. Gustavo Carriço to assist professionals in assessing quality of life, low back pain or scoliosis of their patients in a fast and convenient way.
The application uses the questionnaires validated in the medical literature SF36, Oswestry and SRS30 (Only in portugueses) in their published versions and translated into Brazilian Portuguese, as well as offering SF36 and Oswestry in English.
To use the SF36+ is quite simple, just choose one of the three questionnaires that you want to respond.
After the questionnaire has been answered, the result is calculated automatically and is easy for everyone to understand.
