Tradizione perché, sulla scia della riscoperta degli antichi sapori, quelli di una volta, il ristorante offre un vastissimo panorama di piatti a base di pasta preparati artigianalmente ed accompagnati dai sughi di una volta, ottenuti con prodotti tipici ed a chilometri zero. Innovazione perché, accanto ai primi più legati al repertorio classico della cucina italiana, e in particolare Parmigiana, qui si possono trovare autentiche invenzioni culinarie nate dall’esperienza e fantasia del nostro Chef.
Sedervi ai tavoli del locale più “tricolore” della città”, significa poter assistere anche al ”Pasta Show”, lo spettacolo della pasta appunto: è il nuovo modo di concepire la cena come un evento e di presentare la realizzazione di un piatto di pasta davanti ad un pubblico, come se si trattasse di un vero e proprio show, con la possibilità di poter interagire con gli ospiti, illustrando passo dopo passo ogni preparazione del piatto che sarà poi degustato.
