Select a simple activity that you would like to become a habit and do it daily. As you've performed the activity, tap the check button and see your streak increase. As you pass the 21 streak count barrier, you'll see the page turn green, indicating that you're now well on your way to forming a habit!
Here's how Simple Habits works if you don't do the activity:
Day 1. The activity stays the same.
Day 2. The page turns yellow, warning you that the habit is unstable.
Day 3. The page stays yellow.
Day 4. The page turns red, warning that your habit formation is failing.
Day 5. Stays red.
Day 6. The streak count gets reset to 0.
If you want to reset an activity, tap on the streak count. The dialog will prompt you to reset to 0.
