El SINDICATO DE POLICÍAS LOCALES DE LA COMUNIDAD VALENCIANA nace en la ciudad de Valencia en Mayo del 2010 como alternativa sindical adaptada al colectivo de la Policía Local.
SIPOL-CV, fundamenta su doctrina en la EXCLUSIVIDAD SINDICAL, que supone ejercer la defensa y representación única y exclusiva del colectivo de Policías Locales, y cuya razón de ser se justifica en la peculiaridad de sus condiciones de trabajo que no son equiparables a las de ningún otro colectivo (Turnicidad, Festividad, Uniformidad, Peligrosidad, Incompatibilidad, Formación Técnica, Doble Régimen Disciplinario,...)
