Tata Structura’s ‘Sitare app’ is a platform to reward the loyal Fabricators. It works in 4 simple steps:- Enroll, Purchase, Earn Points and Redeem.
1. Enroll: - Fabricators can enroll in Sitare Program by registering in any Tata Steel Dealership Stores. It is mandatory to provide First Name, Last Name, Address and Mobile Number for Registration.
2. Purchase: - Fabricators should purchase Tata Structura from registered Dealership Store.
3. Earn Points: - Fabricators have to login into the Mobile App and click on ADD POINTS in home page. Once clicked, select the name of Dealer, enter the Purchase Amount and Date of purchase. Upload the bill and click on Submit. Once submitted, an OTP will be sent to the Dealer. Enter the OTP received by Dealer and click on Submit. After you enter the correct OTP, points will be allocated based on the transaction amount.
4. Redeem: - Fabricators can redeem the points earned across variety of rewards available in the platform. The rewards include Mobile Recharge, D2H Recharge, Gift Vouchers of Titan, Big Bazaar, Reliance Fresh etc. and White Goods like Mobile, TV, Refrigerator etc.
