Sitatus özel bir yazılım ile belirli aralıklarda sitelerinizi ziyaret ederek, ekran görüntüsü alır, sitenin durumunu kontrol eder ve eğer çalışmıyor ise size E-Posta ve/veya tanımladıysanız SMS ile size bilgiler verir.
