The app contains every race and class. You can also see the hidden stats for skills that don't show their stats in-game, like ssj and other transformations.
As it's already explained in the app, to add SP to a certain skill, just tap on it.
To remove SP from any skill, just hold your finger on that skill. All skills show all of their effects, including transformations. RP ball effects values are also shown, as well as the usable states.

Zoom in/out and rotate to adjust it to your needs.

The App also includes the map tool, crafting calculator, gemstones, attributes, stats&gear, pet skills, titles, commands and events. Use the map tool to find map revealers, teleporters, dungeons, crafting merchants, weapon/armor/upgrade merchants, hiding scouter merchants, goods merchants and any other locations, or simply mark a location on the map to share with someone, or save/load it for yourself. There are share/load/save features for the map tool just like for skill calculator. Use the Crafting Calculator to make your crafting easier! Gemstones Tool shows all possible gemstone effects for each piece of gear. Attributes Tool shows advantage/disadvantage for all attributes and all boss attributes. Stats&Gear Tool shows all stat effects for each class, as well as max stats on level 70 legendary/rare gear and base level 70 stats for all classes. Pet Skills Tool shows all available pet skills and their effects for each level. Titles Tool shows all titles and their bonuses/requirements. Commands Tool shows all player commands and their effects. Event Tool shows you which event is currently active (and how many days are left), upcoming events (how many days until next event if no events are currently active, also shows which event is next), and full event schedule. There is also a PVP Event Tool inside Event Tool which shows you full PVP Event schedule in your time zone. It also includes a countdown for all of them. You can enable or disable notifications for each PVP Event individually.
