With SkinTester you can make accurate measurements of the skin moisture (i.e. the hydration state of the outer epidermis) as your smartphone was a professional corneometer.


Water is an essential element for life and also for maintaining the skin in good condition. The skin requires to be appropriately hydrated; frequent showers and aggressive cleaning agents will damage the protective moisture barrier. This phenomenon can be effectively counteracted, once it is known the actual level of hydration. Knowing the level of hydration of the skin allows to get a very important indication for the prevention of possible diseases and the choice of appropriate care products.
