Slashboard allows you to use your phone to monitor for important slack messages when you don’t have your slack window visible. For example if you’re on a laptop and heads down on your task, but you need to watch certain channels or keywords you can use your android phone as a second screen to monitor slack.
Here’s what you can do with Slashboard:
automatically monitor for your name in the @name reference. When it sees someone mention you by @name it will display the channel, name of the poster and message.
Slashboard also monitors for @here or @channel mentions and direct messages.
Select one or more channels to monitor for all messages - e.g. perhaps there are some channels you want to know when someone posts, you can use Slashboard to track this.
New messages are posted at the top and the screen will scroll if it fills up. You can also clear all existing messages.
Slashboard is ad-supported and coming soon is the option to pay $0.99 for a version without ads.
