Get your best night's rest by waking on a natural sleep cycle. Science has shown people tend to sleep in 1.5-hour cycles and the best time to wake is the end of one of those cycles. This app will help by allowing you to set it's alarm on the number of cycles you want before you wake.
Simply set the total number of cycles you want to sleep in the center section. Then in the bottom section you can tweak that to take into account the amount of time you believe it takes you to fall asleep. When you hit the big button, your alarm is set! Note, if you do not touch the blinking button during the alarm you will be asked if you wish to "snooze" the alarm for 15-minutes.
