Sleep Easy is an easy to use sleep tracking app. Main features are - Sleep reminder notification, Auto Mode and Manual mode.

Sleep Easy is (and always will be) an Ad-Free and Offline only app.



Features:

Sleep Reminder Notification:
Get a notification daily at a preferred time reminding you to get ready for sleep. You can start (and complete) the entire sleep tracking process right from the notification without even opening the app, thus saving your precious time.

Auto Mode for sleep tracking:
Auto mode watches for your phone movement to determine whether you are awake. If Auto mode is turned on, you will have a pre-defined duration (sleep settle duration) to settle down to sleep. The default duration is 15 minutes. After this duration, if your phone is moved you are considered awake and your sleep history is logged.

Manual Mode for sleep tracking:
This is the default mode of SleepEasy (Auto mode is turned off by default). When you are ready for sleep, you can open the app and click 'Sleep Easy' button. Alternatively, if you have configured sleep reminder notification you can also click the 'Sleep Easy' action of the notification. This will start the sleep tracking process and you will be shown a notification indicating ongoing tracking. Once you are awake, you can click 'I'm Awake' in the notification (or from inside the app) to indicate that you are awake. Then, your sleep history details will be saved.

Sleep History:
You will get an easy to view sleep history with visual indicators to identify the quality of your sleep.
