Our programs are based on the leading experts approach on a healthy way of training and improving athletic performances, prevention and rehabilitation of injuries in the USA and Europe. We primarily refer to Mike Boyle (MBSC), Mark Verstegen (EXOS), because we are their official representatives and the educational base for this part of Europe, as well as Gray Cook's (FMS) system, which highly affected our view of training in general.
The wish to constantly progress, learn and introduce novelty in training practices is recognized by all our members who trust us.
