Smerle is a vanpool app that will transform your daily commute into a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Our smart algorithm allows excellent commuter matching, providing you great schedule flexibility.

Why Smerle?

Smerle app provides a complete mobile technology solution to vanpool commuters. These include schedule flexibility using smart algorithm, easy communication with other commuters in the group, in-app vehicle tracking, integration with navigation app etc.

How it works?

1. Join Smerle- Use of Smerle is by invite only. Join Smerle by adding your commute information (and that of your vanpool group) using the Smerle app. We will email you an invite to experience the Smerle benefits as soon as we have all the details of your group.

2. Reserve your ride- Once invited, register and tell us when you want to leave at least 2 hours before your departure time. Feel free to put your phone away and go about your routine while we work our magic!

3. Relax- Our smart algorithm matches commuters with pick-up or driving time (for drivers) typically within +/- 15 minutes from requested departure time. We'll send you a notification with your exact ride information including the vehicle, driver and rider details, actual pick-up/driving time and estimated arrival time.

4. Get ready to go- We'll send riders a notification when the driver is ~5 minutes away and another with a 30 seconds timer, when your ride is at your door or pick-up location. Please be on time to reduce overall commute time for everyone.

Smerle advantage-

Easy communication- Communicate easily with other commuters in your group using the call and text buttons in app. Track vehicle location on the map so you don't have to wait at pickup locations anymore!

Schedule flexibility- Enjoy complete control over when you commute (within window selected by your group). Our smart algorithm optimizes the ride time to decide departure times, pickup and drop-off order to ensure everyone gets to commute close to their ideal commute time.

Safety- Every driver is also a commuter who will save time and time by sharing commute. All drivers and riders can call each other through the app and can rate each other and the vehicle at the end of each trip.

Automatic reporting- We work with employers to automatically log your trips so you don't have to do it manually.
