Application to control devices using SMS.

The most versatile and yet simple app on Google Play to control all units/gadgets capable of receiving sms messages.

Use this app to manage devices such as:
- Vehicle heater in your car / boat (Webasto, Eberspächer etc.)
- Wood pellets unit in the cottage - Turn it on with a single tap before you head off
- Turn on/off burglar alarm (Powermax, smartsmsbox...)

Each button can be configured individually in terms of text, color and message.

It is possibe to use symbol in sms message. Enter "@xxx@ '(replace xxx with something else) as a variable in the message text.
when you send the message, you will be prompted for the final value of '@xxx@'.
This can be used to prompt for a password for disarming your alarm at home, in stead of 'hard coding' it in settings.

Use one of the 5 variables in your messages:
Enter '%v1' in your message text, and it will automatically be substituted by the value entered in the variable.

# Starting from KitKat, the SMS handling is a bit different. SmsControl will still get the message, but to have it alarm as before, we recommend to add your Device numbers to the exclude list of your default SMS app.
# We have seen positive results by using 'Hangout', 'EvolveSMS' and 'Sliding' - but other should work as well.
