About SMSLocator Android App

SMSLocator is a light-weight app that allows you to locate your phone without the need of a data connection. Using commands over text message, SMSLocator can send you your phone's location along with a Google Maps link. Other commands include remotely locking the phone, changing the phone's password, and un-muting it.

To ensure your privacy and security, SMSLocator uses a private keyword and PIN. You can also enable number restriction, preventing unwanted numbers from interacting with the app.

By default, you can only receive the phone coordinates. All extra functionality can be unlocked through in-app purchase.

*In Android 4.4+ the received SMS messages CANNOT BE HIDDEN from the user. This is due to how 4.4 alerts apps of new messages*

**This app uses the Device Administrator permission. This is so that the app can lock your phone and change its PIN upon your request ONLY. It also means that you will be UNABLE to uninstall SMSLocator until you disable the app or remove it as a Device Administrator via your phone's settings.
