Marty Schupak is the creator of the video in this App. He received his Master's degree from Arizona State University in Physical Education. He has coached baseball, basketball and soccer.

About Lou Fratello
Lou Fratello has been involved with youth soccer for 25 years. He has an Advanced Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) and is licensed with the United States Soccer Federation (USSF).
Lou is the assistant men's and head women's coach at Dominican College, the head coach of the women's open division for Hudson Vally in the Empire State Games and an instructor for Region 1 of the Olympic Development Program.
About This App
Soccer Fast Footwork Drills shows some of the most creative drills that individual players can practice on their own. In fact many of the drills shown in this video are used by some of the best players in the world and are practiced continuously so world class players can keep their skills constantly polished.
The drills are also applicible to youth, travel team, high school and college players. Most of the drills in this video do not require a full team to practice. They can also be done in a confined area so a full soccer field is not really required. Whether you are a beginning or experienced coach or parent, the drills in this video show basic fundamentals as well as some advanced skills.
The drills are divided into three segments. The first covers basic footwork skills, the second section covers change of direction and lateral movements, and the third covers hesitation drills and 1 versus 1 drills.
Please note that while several free drills are included in this app, the full set of drills need to be purchased to be unlocked.
