Solar Screen Off improved so that starting or stopping charging has no effect on the On / Off status of the screen.
Previous versions would always switch off the screen when charging started or stopped.
When using Solar Screen Off cycling with a dynamo, stopping at traffic lights will no longer switch your screen on and if the screen is already on, to view a map for example, the screen will remain on.

About Solar Screen Off Android App
Keep the Screen Off when charging starts or stops.
This app is the ideal companion when using a solar panel or dynamo to charge an Android device, or simply to minimize screen wake when charging starts or stops, such as when plugging into a charger.
The display wakes up whenever a charger is connected or disconnected. This can drain the battery if charging frequently starts and stops, such as when charging using a solar panel, due to fluctuations in the output of a solar panel.
This app minimizes battery drain due to display wake up, resulting in faster and significantly more effective solar charging.
Solar Screen Off includes a home screen widget so you can quickly and easily activate or deactivate the app.

Device Administration
The Solar Screen Off mobile app requires Device Administration permission to be able to turn the screen off and lock the device upon user selected power on and power off events. App does not use the permission for any other purpose.
