Sound Memory is a dialog screen that allows you to change volume settings and optionally save those settings as a preset. So if you have to temporarily change your volume settings and you want to put them back to 'your normal' settings, it's just a click of a button. The screen will show you in green your current settings and blue is for the last set of presets that you had. While adjusting volume settings you can either mute them or choose the duration in time, a second or under, that they will play. That way you don't annoy other much when your fine tuning your devices volumes.
