Specific rules ensure self confidence, self discipline and respect for yourself and others. Karate is good for the mind as well as the body. Students of Karate learn punching, blocking and kicking techniques helping them become fitter and more flexible. All ages and abilities welcome. Qualified 3rd & 2nd Dan black belts.
