We know you’d much rather spend time doing something fun instead of worrying about your energy supply, so our app is designed to keep things quick and simple.

GETTING UP AND RUNNING

Once you’ve downloaded the app, login using your existing Spark ‘My Account’ username and password. If you don’t have an online account yet, that’s okay, just register using your account number and postcode – it couldn’t be easier.

We’ve designed the app for use on a mobile. It isn’t adapted for use on a tablet yet but don’t worry, if you’re having problems you can still manage your account online using the ‘My Account’ feature on our website, sparkenergy.co.uk.
