Sparta Athlete
is an app for athletes who currently train with Sparta Performance Science or a team that uses SpartaTRAC technology. This app allows athletes to enter and track their regeneration information including nutrition, soft tissue work and sleep. The app provides access to individual workouts, videos for the exercises and the ability to record workout progress.
