Starspeaking is an online community to improve language speaking skills. We believe in allowing teachers and learners to have the flexibility of choosing where and when to learn, without losing the positive aspects of classroom learning by focusing on its most valuable resource- the teachers!

What you get:
• IELTS inspired assessment: we have created a Star Rating System inspired by the IELTS public band descriptors to evaluate your English speaking skills and plan a course tailored to your individual needs.

• Tailor-made online learning plans: When you sign up to one of our lessons, we will create a tailor-made learning plan to either support you in a traditional language course or to create an online course using a variety of resources in order to meet your needs.

• Background checks: all our teachers go through a rigorous background check (DBS), a UK requirement for anyone who comes into contact with young and vulnerable people.


• OFSTED inspired quality control: we conduct lessons observations inspired by the OFSTED guidance for outstanding lessons. We accomplish this by conducting internal peer-observations and feedback workshops to promote a more positive learning community to generate a positive learning environment.

How it works: Simply choose from one of our courses and we will send you a link to our virtual classrooms so that you can learn at your own time and at your own pace. We are a dynamic, company so if we do not currently offer what you are after suggest a course and we will do our best to find a qualified teacher for you.
