Aplikacija posvećena stipendijama napravljena je kako bi se studentima olakšalo praćenje, spremanje i dijeljenje dostupnih informacija o aktualnim stipendijama.

Aplikacija je u ranoj fazi razrade, te funkcionira kao sučelje za pregled stipendija i raznih natječaja vezanih uz sve studijske razine. Nadalje, aplikacija "Stipendije" ne jamči za točnost informacija, niti raspolaže daljnim informacijama o konkretnim natječajima, stipendijama, studijskim usmjerenjima, programima razmjene, stručnim usavršavanjima, postdoktorskim studijima, itd. Sve informacije i cjelokupni sadržaji u vlasništvu su portala, sveučilišta i drugih institucija, te internetskih stranica koje se mogu pregledavati pomoću aplikacije "Stipendije".
