Stratus is an affordable, easy-to-use software solution for inventory management. This app, along with IntelliTrack's Stratus web application, provides immediate access to all the information you need to identify and track your small business’ consumable inventory. You will always know what product you have, how much is on hand and where to find it.

All this essential data is available on one dashboard on your mobile computer. It very intuitive and easy to use and you can be completely confident you are accessing up to date, accurate information for monitoring your operations and making day-to-day business decisions.

Inventory
Our StratusStockroom module includes the ability to set up and enable the best combination of inventory fields for your operation. StratusStockroom will help you identify the information you want and need to capture, including location, item number, unit of measure, serial number, lot, expiration date and quantity available. The application allows you to perform routine physical counts of all your consumable inventory, even if it is stored in several locations. The Inventory Data page will allow you to easily view on hand inventory information and includes the ability to filter and sort data, one-click export to Excel, PDF, etc., as well as customize the fields that are visible.

Receiving
StratusStockroom provides an easy-to-use RECEIVING function for recording the receipt of goods, thus increasing the quantity on hand for a given item. You can add items to your inventory database by scanning, typing, or importing data. Once the transactions are completed, the inventory is automatically adjusted to reflect the newly received items, validating the amount and kind of inventory available.

Move
StratusStockroom allows you to track your inventory and understand the exact location where inventory exists. With even the smallest of operations, it’s easy to lose track of critical components or have the need to relocate inventory within the facility. This is easily accomplished with the MOVE functions available in Stratus: Single Move and Mass Move. Each form describes the item number, quantity and detail of the inventory to be moved and identifies the source location and destination. This is particularly important if you operate in more than one site. For example, you might have a small warehouse or storage space away from your storefront business or place where you process your e-commerce orders.

Issue
StratusStockroom provides an easy-to-use ISSUE function for recording the consumption of goods by either external customers or internal departments or employees, thus decreasing the quantity on hand for a given item. Once an ISSUE transaction is completed, the inventory is automatically adjusted to reflect the consumed items and decrementing the quantity of inventory available.
