Suman Lokseva is a non-profit organisation registered under Act 1860 ( Reg. No. MH / 813 / 2014 / Pune - Date.05.05.2014, dedicated towards planning, implementation and monitoring of community social economic developmental activities and initiatives across Pune, Maharashtra, India. Suman Lokseva recognizes the key role traditional knowledge plays when it comes to environmental sustainability in tribal and rural areas. Our activities support these communities in maintaining and preserving their natural surrounds by promoting better waste management and preventing environmental degradation through sustainable living. We conduct awareness sessions at schools, colleges and through community meetings on the need to protect the environment and conserve limited natural resources. Educational videos, posters, competitions and campaigns are employed to explain topics of local significance to rural communities. Additionally, 'No Plastic' drives are undertaken at Pune (Maharashtra) and other sites to spread the message to employees and neighboring communities. To improve overall health and reduce the occurrence of common infections among children, Suman Lokseva program activities include health education camps, adolescent health camps, physical education camps, increased availability of safe drinking water in schools.This app will help Suman Lokseva Sanstah members and general public to interact with us.
