+ Police signal by device screen (you can choose colors and pause time in settings)

Permissions:
+ android.permission.FLASHLIGHT - to use camera flashlight
+ android.permission.CAMERA - to use camera flashlight (doesn't work without that permission on some devices)
+ android.permission.WAKE_LOCK - to let your device display stay turned on
You can use Back button to return from White and Police screens.
